About Me

Human Body, My Passion

I believe movement is more than exercise — it’s a gateway to living with less pain, more freedom, and deeper connection to your body. Over the past several years, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how the human body works at its most intricate level — the fascia, the connective tissue network that plays a crucial role in posture, mobility, and overall well-being.

Through advanced training in movement science and fascial health, along with 26 years of hands-on experience helping clients recover from chronic pain and improve performance, I’ve developed a highly individualized approach that blends science with practical, real-world solutions.

My Philosophy

Research in biomechanics and fascia shows us that pain and tension rarely exist in isolation. Instead, they often arise from patterns — how we move, how we sit, how we adapt to stress, injuries, or lifestyle demands.

That’s why each session at my studio is tailored to uncover the ROOT CAUSE of your movement challenges, not just the symptoms. By focusing on improving movement quality, rebalancing the body, and restoring efficiency in the fascial and musculoskeletal system, we create lasting change that supports your everyday life.

What I Offer

  • Fascia-focused movement sessions to improve mobility, strength, and body awareness.

  • Individualized programming for pain relief, injury recovery, and overall well-being.

  • Science-backed strategies designed to support posture, balance, and long-term health.

Whether you want to move with more confidence, manage chronic pain, or simply feel better in your body, I meet you where you are and help you build a path forward.

Why It Works

Emerging research from leading fascia and movement scientists, such as Carla Stecco and Robert Schleip, demonstrates that improving fascial health and movement efficiency can:

  • Enhance performance and resilience

  • Reduce pain and stiffness

  • Support balance and stability

  • Promote long-term musculoskeletal health

By combining this science with individualized care, I help you move beyond quick fixes toward real, lasting results.

Let’s Work Together

Your body has an incredible capacity to adapt and heal. My role is to guide you with the right strategies, knowledge, and support to help you reclaim that potential.
